Returns

Due to the nature of barbering and grooming services, all services provided are non-refundable once completed. We encourage customers to clearly communicate their preferences with the barber before and during the service.

If there is any concern with the service received, please inform us before leaving the shop so we can make adjustments immediately.

Service Adjustments

If you feel that your haircut or grooming service does not meet your expectations, we offer a complimentary adjustment within 48 hours of your original appointment. The adjustment must be for the same service originally performed.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for completed services. However, in exceptional circumstances, management may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This helps us accommodate other customers.
